Returns and Exchanges

For sanitary purposes, all Dusk to Dawn Lingerie purchases are final sale.

No returns, refunds or exchanges will be processed once orders are delivered and opened or otherwise tampered.

Dusk to Dawn LLC is not responsible for international order custom clearance fees or additional fees upon carrier delivery. 

Our Custom Nameplate thongs have a processing time of 15-20 business days and can‘t be altered, changed, or canceled once you’ve place your order.

In the case of a defective or damaged item, a replacement of the same item will be sent free of charge. For any damaged products, please send us an email to customerservice@dusktodawn.shop within 24 hours of delivery. Following 24 hours of delivery, a replacement will not be applicable. Please open and review your items upon delivery.

Once postal service shows the tracking information of your package in their system, Dusk to Dawn LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen or missing packages. We will not refund any lost, stolen, or missing packages once in the possession of the mail carrier. For any packages delayed in transit or in possession of USPS with no update please file a claim online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm or by calling their customer service or over the phone +1-800-275-8777

In the event of a false chargeback, Dusk to Dawn reserves the right to blacklist the customer from future purchase along with the following actions:

Submit a Mail & Package Theft Report with the carrier on behalf of the customer.

File a local police report of theft in the residing county of the customer. 

File a small claims case with the customer in which we will request the court and legal fees to be paid by the customer. 

Submit evidence against the chargeback of the customer to their bank and card issuer. 

Friendly fraud, otherwise known as a false chargeback, or chargeback fraud is when a cardholder submits a chargeback under false pretenses such as “order not delivered”, “unrecognized purchase”, “product received damaged/not as described”. If your bank receives evidence from the other party, in this case, Dusk to Dawn, your chargeback will be reversed and can lead to additional consequences such as forfeited banking privileges, and even account closure. Account closure due to false chargebacks are likely to show up on your credit report.
