How long does shipping take?

Processing may take 2-6 business days at a high volume of orders. 

I placed the order with the wrong address. What do I do?

Unfortunately we are unable to change the shipping address once the order has been placed unless an apartment or building number is missing.

 

Why did my order get cancelled?


Our website it very sensitive to billing and shipping addresses. Orders are cancelled only if there is a discrepancy in your billing zip code or declared high risk by our host, Shopify. 


How do I return my order?


For hygienic purposes, Dusk to Dawn L.L.C. does not accept returns or exchanges. 


My order says it’s been delivered but I haven’t received it yet. What do I do? 


We ship all domestic orders via USPS. Once USPS has possession of your package and tracking shows, Dusk to Dawn L.L.C. is no longer responsible for lost or missing packages. Please contact USPS regarding any issues with delivery.
