Dusk to Dawn L.L.C. ships all domestic orders through USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Processing and handling for non-customized orders can take between 4-8 business days. For express shipping, please select UPS Express Shipping at checkout.

In the event of an incomplete address, or an address not recognized by the shipping carriers, we will send a follow up email to confirm your address prior to shipping.

All international orders are shipped through DHL, UPS, or USPS.

All military service orders are shipped via USPS PMEMS.

All PO Box orders are shipped using

Please allow Zodiac Crystal Sets 5-10 business days for shipment. 

Orders over the amount of $100 may be subjected to sign upon delivery. 

Following shipment, tracking information will be sent to the email address given at checkout or to the phone number given at checkout.

International Shipping takes up to 15 business days (Monday- Saturday) for delivery.

PMEMS takes up to 5 business days (Monday-Saturday) for delivery.

USPS Priority Express Shipping (Overnight Shipping)

Processing for overnight shipping takes 1 business day. If an order is placed after 9:00 am EST the order will be begin to be processed the following day. Overnight shipping excludes Sunday’s and holidays. Tracking will be provided following shipment of your order and signature is required. If in any event your package is not delivered the following day after you receive the notification of shipment please contact your local USPS. 

Certain deliveries require signature confirmation. In the event that no one is present to sign for your delivery, your local USPS Post Office will hold your package for up to 15 calendar days. If your package is sent back to us after 15 calendar days, we will be in contact regarding a reshipment. Once USPS shows the tracking information of your package in their system, Dusk to Dawn LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing packages. The customer is responsible for contacting USPS in the process recovering their missing package and open a claim. Once you’ve created a claim, please send us your claim number as each shipment is insured and we can replace your items if the claim is unresolved.

For any USPS returned shipments (no signature for delivery or insufficient address), if the buyer still wishes to receive their item they will be responsible for the shipping fee associated. The buyer is responsible for providing an alternate address for shipping. Dusk to Dawn is not responsible for any lost, missing, or stolen packages once in possession of the carrier. 

Dusk to Dawn L.L.C. is not responsible for custom clearance fees, VAT charges or additional fees regarding mail carriers. Shipping fees are not associated with customs/clearance fees. Shipping will not be refunded for returned orders due to failure to pay custom or import duty fees. 

For damaged items, please email customerservice@dusktodawn.shop with a photo within 48 hours of delivery so we can replace your item(s) immediately.
