Returns and Exchanges

For sanitary purposes, all  Dusk to Dawn Lingerie purchases are final sale.

No returns, refunds or exchanges will be processed once orders are delivered and opened.

Store credit may be issued for damaged items, cancellations, or for international order custom clearance fee.

In the case of a defective item, a replacement will be sent free of charge with an additional gift. For any damaged products, inquiries must be sent help@dusktodawn.infowithin 48 hours of delivery.

 

Once a refund is processed and confirmed, please allow 5-15 business days for the funds to show in your account. This may vary for international banks and credit unions. 

As of March 24, 2020 UPS has suspended the money-back guarantee of overnight shipping. As we do offer overnight shipping, once in the possession of UPS unprecedented delays may occur. Dusk to Dawn LLC is not responsible for the refunding of these shipping fees.

Once postal service shows the tracking information of your package in their system, Dusk to Dawn LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen or missing packages. For any packages delayed in transit or in possession of USPS with no update please file a claim online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm or by calling their customer service or over the phone +1-800-275-8777

 

We currently recommend ordering with UPS shipping. Following 120 days of shipment, any order/tracking number inquiries are not valid due to UPS tracking details expiring 120 days following shipment. Please contact us regarding any tracking issues within 120 days following shipment. The customer is responsible for recovering their missing package. Signature is required for some orders in which case the package may be returned if left unclaimed. If the customer requests a refund after an unclaimed package is returned to us the shipping fee will not be refunded. By placing an order, you agree to all terms of our return policy.

For any postal service returned shipments (no signature for delivery or insufficient address), if the buyer still wishes to receive their item they will be responsible for the reshipment fee associated. If the buyer requests a refund after the returned shipment, the shipping fee is not refunded and will the cost be deducted from the refunded store credit

All damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. After that, no refunds or replacements will be given.
